EA NCAS Coach Registration
EA Coach Registration (and EA Insurance) is due from 4pm on the 30th September each year. The EA National Office e-mails and then mails a coach Registration Pack to every Registered and Non-Practising coach in August/September each year at their last known address.
It is the coach’s responsibility to obtain a renewal pack and complete their registration and compulsory requirements each year.
Coach Registration Pack Includes:
- Risk Managment Information/Checklist
- EA Coach Insurance Policy Information
- Dangerous Activity Acknowledgement
- Incident Report Form
- Coach's Code of Ethics
- Updating Summary
- Registration Form
EA NCAS Coaches have the option to take out
- EA Registration and Insurance
- EA Registration and Insurance elsewhere or
- register as a non-practising coach.
In order to register or renew coaches must have the following:
- Current EA membership
- Proof of current insurance (or payment for EA insurance)
- Current First Aid certificate
- have attended a compulsory update clinic in the last 2 years
- have completed the required Update Points
