Pleasure From Pleasure

You may not realize it, but the horse rug is actually what keeps your horse warm and dry. It provides a barrier between the skin of the horse and whatever conditions they are in. This can be used before exercise to keep them warm, after exercise to cool them down, or during exercise, when it helps to regulate body temperature. The rug also acts as an insulator keeping out dirt and grime that would otherwise get into their coat which could lead to irritation and sores on their backs.

The main purpose for using this piece of equipment is for protection against cold temperatures but more importantly sun exposure. With UV rays being so harmful for our companion animals we need to make sure they’re protected from these damaging rays at all times!

The Horse Rug for Racing and Riding

So you’ve decided to take up horse riding. Well done! But before you can ride off into the sunset, there are a few things you need to know. First up: what is a horse rug?

A horse rug is a blanket that goes on top of your horse’s body to keep it warm in cold weather and cool in hot weather. It also protects your horse from dirt and water when he’s being ridden outside, or for cleaning purposes if he’s being used for another purpose (see ‘How do I choose the right type of rug?’ below). Horse rugs come in many different types: blankets with no sleeves at all; lightweight backless sweat sheets; heavy fleece belly bands; winter coats with full cut-out legs so that they don’t interfere with saddle fitment (this style is often called ‘dressage’ due to its origins as part of an equestrian discipline); or turnout blankets which are used when keeping horses out on pasture during inclement weather conditions where temperatures might dip below freezing point overnightβ€”or even if it just feels like it!

Why Horse Owners Love It?

Horse owners love it for the following reasons:

  • Versatility – The horse rug is an easy-to-use, versatile product that can be used in a range of weather conditions to keep your horse warm and dry, as well as clean. It also has reinforced stitching and high quality materials, making it durable.
  • Easy to carry and store – The horse rug is easy to carry around on trips or over long distances with its compact size of 90 x 60cm (35″ x 24″). You can easily fold it up when not in use so your storage space is never cluttered!

A Horses Carer’s Hidden Pleasures

The horse rug is a versatile piece of equine equipment that can be used for a number of different tasks. Before exercise, it’s great for warming up an animal and getting them ready to go.

Riding in the rain? A well-made waterproof rug will keep your horse dry and comfortable in any weather conditions.

After exercising your horse, you can use a cooling vest or blanket to help regulate body temperature after exercise, which increases circulation and aids recovery time.

Keeping warm in cold weather is important for every animal so don’t forget that when choosing a rugs or blankets – they’re not just for show!

It is important to keep your horse warm and dry in the cold weather. Multi-purpose horse rugs are great as they can be used before, after and during exercise.
