Having such a decorated partner and mentor undoubtedly helped to hone her skills and fine-tune her technique as she began to compete in major events around the world.

International Career

Jessica Springsteen has achieved a high level of success in international competitions, particularly at the FEI World Cup Finals, where she earned a gold medal on board Vindicat W in 2017. She also competed with her father’s mount Verdi TN in 2019 and won an individual silver medal. At the 2018 World Equestrian Games Springsteen was victorious as part of the US show jumping team and finished fourth individually aboard her horse Cynar VA. Other prominent international titles include those from the 2016 Olympics, where she rode with Team USA; the 2011 FEI North American Young Rider Championships; and the 2019 Pan American Games, where she won two gold medals for team and individual jumping events.

In 2013 she represented Team USA for the first time at the FEI Nations Cup CSIO4* at the HITS Saugerties Stadium in Saugerties, NY where she topped her round off with a clear ride aboard Vindicat W. They were also members of the gold medal-winning team at the U25 Nations Cup in Dublin with Graciella Zeta Jones.

Since then she has continued to represent Team USA at several Nations Cups and some of the biggest shows around the world including Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ Tournament in Calgary, Canada, CSI5*-W La Coruna in Spain and CSIO5* Wellington in Florida, among others.
